Airport Adventures

I know I've written a blog about this on Facebook before but I guess it just goes to show how much I enjoy watching people in the airport.

Mike and I are sitting at the Wichita airport waiting for our flight to Dallas where we will then take a connecting flight to Seattle. It took us about 45 minutes to get checked in and through security and I have been enjoying watching the people come and go ever since.

The best thing I have seen so far though was something similar to this.



A wife and mother-in-law welcomed their soldier home as we sat here and it was a wonderful sight to see. Everyone at the gate started clapping and you couldn't help but be a proud American.
